30/03/2020 Update COVID-19 Obtaining your regular vaping products. FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We hope you’re managing to keep well and occupied during these very sad times?
It’s been a strange week for everyone; having to make plans, restructure lives, whilst trying to maintain some form of normality. We too at SVC have been seeking alternative ways for us to look after your vaping needs.
So, in addition to the options published last week and having received many emails and FaceBook private messages we’ve been trialing a free home delivery service for SO14/15/16/17, direct from our store in Shirley.
If you require anything that you’ve previously purchased and know we stock, simply email email@example.com or send a FB private message. If you need to post a picture of a juice bottle or pack of coils, then feel free. It’s what some customers have done this week, and if it helps you, it certainly helps us.
Your message should include, your order, your address, post code and phone number. You’ll then receive a call back to confirm if we can fulfil the order or discuss alternatives. We’ll then take a card payment and arrange delivery.
Minimum order £20.00
You can claim your loyalty stamps via your receipt when we reopen.
We endeavour to deliver your order within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
We have been working with our friends and business associates “Vaporium” based in Fareham and have decided to work together to ensure our customers have access to products during these times of uncertainty and store closures.
You’ll have access to many of the products you’re familiar with. Liquid and coils especially.
Joining forces in this way means that stock can be made available from both stores.
In times like these we need to work together.
Again, apologies for any inconvenience in the short term.
Over the phone:- 01329 609107 (probably the best option if you use Bug Juice).
SVC will remain open for as long as possible. How long that will be is beyond our control.
We are determined to provide our customers with the products they need, however the health and safety of customers and staff must be our first consideration.
All SVC team members are observing high standards of hygiene, that includes regular hand washing, sanitiser use, gloved service and promoting the use of contactless payments.
Providing a service in these unprecedented times goes beyond the norms, so we encourage our most vulnerable customers; those with mobility constraints and the over 65’s to pick up one of our newly printed leaflets so they have our store phone number at hand.
Our number is 02380 774495
Should you require assistance, we are here as a friendly and familiar voice that will try to help as and when we can.
Please note that this extraordinary situation and offer to assist is for customers over 65 or have limited mobility that make these difficult times even more challenging; and live in the SO14, 15, 16 & 17 areas.
Local stores with the capacity to reach out can make a difference. We’d encourage other local businesses to consider what they can do to help their vulnerable customers in these testing times and then hopefully, between us, we can cover many, if not all areas.
