Unwanted Items
If you change your mind, you may return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the product remains in its original, unopened packaging. This policy complements your existing statutory rights for online purchases.
Exceptions:

Personalised items, perishable goods, or time-sensitive products cannot be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids once the seal has been broken.

All returns require proof of purchase. Please ensure your order number is included with the shipment.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

Inspection: We reserve the right to examine any item to verify the reported defect.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from accidental damage, improper use, neglect, or standard wear and tear.
Damaged on Arrival
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us and initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, you must contact our team within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that we are unable to process refunds for requests made after this 14-day window.
