The Innokin T18 V2 Tank is the refillable clearomizer from the Endura T18 II Kit, available separately for replacement or as a standalone purchase. It uses the Innokin Prism T18E coil (1.5ohm) and features a bottom-fill design with a specific connector designed for the T18 series pen batteries. The tank produces a tight, clean MTL draw that closely resembles the experience of smoking a cigarette, which is why the Endura T18 platform has remained popular with new vapers and those switching from cigarettes.

The T18 II system is one of Innokin's most reliable platforms for beginning vapers. The 1.5ohm coil runs well at 10–13W, which is within the output range of the T18 pen device. The tank holds 3ml of e-liquid and is straightforward to fill and maintain.
