Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of www.southamptonvapingcentre.co.uk and apply to all purchases made through the site. They set out the legal basis on which we supply e-cigarette products and accessories ("Goods") to you.
By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
Who We Are
This website is operated by RAW Enterprises Limited, trading as Southampton Vaping Centre ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16847970, VAT registration number 517166982. Our registered office and returns address is:

Our Contract With You
A binding contract is formed only once we've sent you a confirmation email accepting your order.
If we're unable to accept your order for any reason, we'll notify you by email and won't take payment — in that case, no contract will have been formed.
Once accepted, your order will be given a reference number, which we'll use for any future correspondence about it.
We do not ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Selling e-cigarette products to anyone under 18 is against the law. We carry out age verification checks as part of our ordering process, in accordance with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 and the Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, please contact us using the details above. Goods must be returned unopened and in their original condition — see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details, including exceptions (e.g. e-liquids with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons) and the return address.
This cancellation right is in addition to, and does not affect, your other statutory rights.
Our Products
Product photos are for illustration only and may differ slightly from the item you receive — this includes minor variation in colour and packaging. Packaging differences alone are not grounds for a return.
Please read all instructions included with your product carefully, as they may contain important safety information.
Delivery
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If nobody is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot.
If an undelivered parcel isn't collected within the courier's specified window, it will be returned to us. We'll be in touch to resolve this, and additional storage or redelivery charges may apply.
Once a product has been successfully delivered, responsibility for it passes to you.
Refunds, Returns & Faulty Goods
Full details of your rights to return unwanted items, our 30-day faulty goods policy, and how to report items damaged on arrival are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, under which goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
Price and Payment
All prices shown at checkout include VAT.
If the VAT rate changes between placing your order and delivery, we'll apply the updated rate — unless you've already paid in full, in which case your price won't change.
We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express where applicable) & Paid By Bank Full payment is required before we dispatch your order.
Our Liability to You
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, but we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
Our products are sold for personal, domestic use only and must not be resold for business purposes. We accept no liability for loss of profit, reputation, business time, or other commercial losses arising from use or resale of our products.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Other Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement to another organisation; if we do, we'll notify you in writing, and your rights won't be affected.
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement with our written consent.
This contract is between you and us alone — no other party has any right to enforce its terms.
If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable by a court, the rest of the agreement will remain in effect.
A delay by us in enforcing any part of this contract doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Legal proceedings may be brought in the English courts; residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish courts, and residents of Northern Ireland in Northern Irish courts.
