The NEAFS TEO X Device Kit is a heated tobacco alternative for adult nicotine users who want to move away from cigarettes without switching to vaping. There is no e-liquid, no vapour cloud, and no tobacco. The NEAFS TEO X heats a tobacco-free NEAFS X Stick using advanced bladeless air heating technology, delivering a realistic smoking experience without combustion, tar, ash, or lingering odour.

Advanced Bladeless Air Heating Technology

The defining feature of the NEAFS TEO X is its advanced bladeless air heating technology. Unlike the original TEO, which used a blade element to heat the stick at a single point, the TEO X heats the NEAFS X Stick evenly throughout its whole length. This delivers consistent performance from session to session, with each stick reaching its intended flavour profile with clarity, balance, and control. There is no blade to degrade and no uneven hot spots, so the device requires minimal maintenance and is designed for everyday reliability. Each session lasts around 4 to 5 minutes or 14 puffs, close to the duration of a conventional cigarette.

NEAFS X Sticks

The NEAFS TEO X is designed to work with NEAFS X Sticks. These tobacco-free sticks contain no tobacco, produce no tar, and involve no combustion. They heat rather than burn, which means no smoke, no ash, and no lingering odour on breath or clothing. NEAFS X Sticks are available in 1.5% nicotine and nicotine-free options, and each stick comes with a cigarette-style filter for a draw that feels close to a conventional cigarette. The range covers three flavour profiles:

Tobacco variants: Americana Tobacco (smooth classic tobacco), California Tobacco (mellow tobacco with subtle nutty notes), Dane Tobacco (rich tobacco with a buttery undertone), Tahiti Tobacco (light tobacco with a hint of vanilla).

Menthol variants: Light Menthol Tobacco (smooth, balanced menthol), Menthol Tobacco (bold, intense menthol).

Fruit and other variants: Hint of Blueberry, Hint of Strawberry, Hint of Peach, Arabica Coffee.

NEAFS X Sticks are not compatible with IQOS HEETS, TEREA, or any other brand of heated stick.

How to Use the NEAFS TEO X

Insert a NEAFS X Stick into the device. Press and hold the button until the device vibrates once to confirm it has started heating, then wait for a second vibration to confirm it is ready to use. Draw at a pace similar to a conventional cigarette. Each pack contains 20 sticks.

Device Colours

The NEAFS TEO X is available in four colours: Storm, Ocean, Sunset, and Luna.

What Is the NEAFS TEO X?

NEAFS stands for Nicotine Enhanced Alternative For Smoking. The TEO X is the second-generation heating device from NEAFS, following the original TEO. The X marks the move from blade-based heating to advanced bladeless air heating technology. It also marks the introduction of a new generation of sticks, the NEAFS X Sticks, designed as a matched system with the TEO X device. The TEO X and the NEAFS X Sticks are built to work together as one complete system, combining device precision, flavour delivery, and consistent heating performance. The NEAFS TEO X sits in the same product category as IQOS but uses a completely different stick format and is not compatible with IQOS accessories.
