Smok TFV Mini V2 Tank

The Smok TFV Mini V2 is a compact sub-ohm tank designed for direct-to-lung vaping. It is based on the design architecture of the original TFV8 Baby Beast but scaled down into a smaller form factor, making it compatible with compact box mods and tube mods alongside larger devices. It uses the V9 coil platform, giving access to a well-established coil range.

Who It Is For

The TFV Mini V2 is a direct-to-lung tank for vapers who want cloud production and strong flavour from a compact setup. The A1 0.17ohm coil is the most popular choice for DTL vaping at 60W to 80W — it runs warm, produces dense vapour, and handles standard shortfill e-liquids well. The 24.5mm diameter makes it sit flush on most medium-sized box mods without overhang.

It pairs well with the Geekvape Legend 5 and similar 200W dual-battery box mods, where the power range covers the coil's recommended wattage comfortably.

What E-Liquids Work Best

This is a sub-ohm tank. It works with high-VG shortfills and 50ml or 100ml e-liquids in the 0mg to 6mg range. It is not suited to high-strength nic salts, which at 20mg in a sub-ohm setup would deliver too much nicotine per draw.
